Trimming the wick to 1/4" before lighting each time is important to keep the flame from developing a flame that is too tall, which can be hazardous. A large flame can be a fire hazard, develop soot on the inside of the jar, and result in a candle that doesn't perform to its best capabilities. Also, be sure to discard the trimmed piece of wax and don't allow it to remain inside the candle. This can also be a potential fire hazard

On the first burn, make sure you burn the candle until you get a full pool. A full pool is when the wax melts all the way to edge of glassware (approx. 3-4 hours) or round jars (approx. 1-2 hours).
Blowing out the flame before a full pool is achieved will result in candle burning unevenly and the wick will drown out the flame over time.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against defects in wicks and/or wax.
If you are having issues with your candle, just send us an email with a picture and if we can't fix it, we will replace it at no cost. -
Subscriptions are billed on the 25th of each month. ex: If you order a subscription on Dec. 21, you will be billed on Dec 25 each month
